    I loved your Untangling Knots Session. You did an excellent job. You talked about being able to download a digital research log. I did download the excel version thinking it would just let me fill in the blanks, but instead it just changed the name of the blank. For someone who is not all that technically able, could you tell me how to use it without changing the form? Thanks again!!
